1. Aligning Signatures with Form Specs

Forms often require signature boxes to be exactly 140 x 60 pixels and under 10KB. A common mistake is uploading uncropped scans with too much empty page space around the ink.

2. Signature Sizing Method

Crop the signature close to the ink borders using our Cropper tool. Clean up background noise to ensure a solid white backdrop, then export to the required pixel sizes to prevent distortion.
