1. DMCA Compliance Overview
Infinity ToolZ (the "Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and operates in complete compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512). We take allegations of copyright violation very seriously and respond rapidly to clear notices of infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work is displayed, indexed, or processed on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
2. How to File a Compliant DMCA Takedown Notice
To be legally effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our designated agent, containing the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including specific URLs, book titles, registration details, or layout descriptions).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the exact URL paths of the pages on our Platform where the material resides.
- Complete contact details of the complaining party (including full legal name, physical address, direct telephone number, and active email address).
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Caution: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorney fees incurred by the alleged infringer or the platform.
3. Submitting Infringement Claims

Upon receipt of a compliant notification of claimed infringement, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a valid counter-notice must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, physical address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we enforce a strict policy to terminate or block users, creators, or IP addresses who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright claims.
