Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 17, 2026 | Version 2.0

1. Introduction and Scope of Policy

Welcome to Infinity ToolZ (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, manage, and safeguard information when you use our web application, categories, and suite of 66 browser-side utility applications.

This policy applies strictly to your interactions with the Infinity ToolZ portal and does not extend to any third-party websites, external service APIs, or portals that you may access through outbound links or search results on this platform.

2. Core Privacy Principle: 100% Client-Side Local Computing

Our operational architecture is engineered around the principle of Data Minimization and Client-Side Execution:

  • No File Uploads: When you open a PDF, drag an image, select a text file, or upload an ID scan, these files are read into the sandboxed memory of your local web browser using HTML5 File Reader APIs. No files are transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere in our database networks.
  • In-Memory Processing: Calculations, compression steps, cropping guides, and PDF merges are processed on your local device CPU/GPU context. Once you close the tab or clear your browser cache, the session data is immediately discarded.
  • Webcam Privacy: The ID Card webcam snapshot capture tool accesses your local media capture hardware via standard WebRTC streams inside the browser. It draws the video frames directly onto a local HTML5 canvas context. We record no video data and transmit no streams.

3. Detailed Processing Activities by Tool Category

To ensure complete transparency, below is an inventory of how data behaves within specific utility categories:

Image & Photo Resizers

Images loaded for cropping, color adjustments, or signature alignments are drawn directly inside your local canvas viewport. Downsampled or compressed formats are outputted as data-URI downloads via local browser download prompts.

PDF & Word Utilities

PDF documents processed for splitting page numbers or password lockings utilize client-side JavaScript engine libraries. Your document pages are compiled entirely within local heap variables before being saved directly to your Downloads folder.

Document & Affidavit Creators

Inputs for CV structures, experience letters, or affidavit drafts are loaded dynamically into local template layouts. We record no details from your documents, ensuring complete data confidentiality for corporate and legal writing.

EMIs & Tax Calculators

Calculators execute simple mathematical arithmetic algorithms locally. Input parameters (such as principal balances, interest rates, or GST tax rates) are never saved or sent to any analytics network.

4. Cookies and Analytical Tracking Data

When you visit the Platform, standard third-party tracking services (such as Google Analytics) may collect anonymous usage statistics to help us monitor traffic patterns. This data includes:

  • Device properties (Operating system, browser agent, screen resolution, language settings).
  • Interaction timestamps (Referring URLs, time spent per tool page, clicked category tabs).
  • Approximate geolocation (City-level geographic regions resolved from anonymous IP addresses).

We compile these metrics to optimize site performance, detect layout rendering errors, and determine which utilities are most useful. This analytical data is never linked to PII.

5. Third-Party Advertising and Tracking Cookie Policies

Our website may display promotional banners from third-party advertising networks (like Google AdSense). These networks use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to track user behavior across different sites and serve targeted banner ads.

You can manage your personalized advertising settings or opt-out of behavioral profiling by visiting Google Ad Settings or the About Ads website.

6. LocalStorage Data Retention

We use your browser's HTML5 LocalStorage interface to store user configurations such as layout theme selection (`light` or `dark`). This settings file remains permanently on your local browser profile until you manually clear your browsing data or delete cookies.

7. Data Security Measures

Although we do not collect files or store personal documents, we implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to protect all traffic. This prevents interception of files or inputs loaded into your browser context by malicious actors on your local network.

8. Children's Online Privacy Protection Compliance

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly compile PII from children. If you believe a child under 13 has shared any details with us, please contact us so we can verify and discard it.

9. Contact Information
